Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your name and email (phone only if you give it on a quote request).
• Product data you create: watchlists, paper trades, strategy configurations and written sign-offs, alert preferences.
• Assistant messages: what you type to the in-app chat — feature requests and bug reports are logged for our team and used to improve the product.
• Account activity events (an audit trail of significant account actions).
• If you use the Fully Automated tier: your broker API key (we recommend trade-only, no-withdrawal keys — we never ask for your brokerage password).

What we do with it

We use your data to run the product for you and to improve it. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate (e.g. your own broker connection, which you control).

Security — what's real today

• Encryption at rest for personal free-text data: your name, strategy parameters, signed specs, preferences, and logged assistant/audit text are stored encrypted.
• Delete everything, for real: the Account page has a delete button that permanently erases your account and everything we store about you — including any stored broker credential files — and blocks accidental re-import of your contact.
• Audit trail of significant account events.
• Login throttling on the operator console (repeated failures lock it out).
• Retention: we keep your data while your account is active, or until an operator-set retention window purges inactive accounts; deleting your account erases it immediately.

What we don't have yet (honesty over hype): multi-factor authentication is not shipped yet, and during beta your data lives on our beta server rather than a dedicated cloud deployment. If either matters for your situation, wait for public launch.

Your choices

• Edit or clear watchlists, strategies, and preferences in-app at any time.
• Turn alerts on or off per type in Account → Alerts.
• Delete your account and all data in Account → Danger zone — it cannot be undone.
